We are always looking for new club members. Our membership is the life blood of the club as are our players who ensure we provide a good level of competitive sport.
Every member is totally committed to the development of the club and, because the club is run very professionally and in a family, friendly way, the club has great appeal. The plans for the development of the club, make Brailsford & Ednaston CC one of the most progressive clubs in the area. An exciting talking point is our expanding Junior Section, including girls cricket, which in 2020 accounted for 50% of our playing membership under the age of 12.
We play a good standard of cricket, which we are constantly trying to develop with new teaching, training and coaching sessions and techniques. Yet underlying it all is not only the opportunity to play good competitive cricket, but it is also to participate, make new friends and enjoy belonging to a club of like minded individuals.
The village of Brailsford, has grown considerably over the last couple of years, so we have a good opportunity to welcome new members.
Our efforts off the field, as well as on the field, should help to attract some of the areas best players to the club and again, we look forward to welcoming them through the forthcoming seasons.
